Pool House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It has everything - direct access to the Ten-mile River for fishing and wading to its own beautiful pool. There is a screened in porch with fireplace, bbq by the pool, firepit facing the river and a chef's kitchen. The interior is beautiful. Overlooking the backyard with a fireplace is the living room. The dining room is gorgeous and seats up to eight. There are three bedrooms - one queen, one double and one with two twin beds. Perfect escape!

Lake House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With direct access to the lake you can enjoy all water activities while you cook your meal on the bbq and enjoy outdoor dining. This is a true escape from the city where you can take long walks in nature and breathe in fresh air. The indoor fireplace is enormous and creates a warm and relaxing setting. Restaurants or food stores are 15 minutes away in Barryville, Eldred or Narrowsburg. Memories will be made and you will want to return for more!

River House

Hear the roar of the Ten-mile River in a newly renovated 1900’s home filled with light and surrounded by nature! Large open spaces inside and out for family and friends to spend quality time together. Relax in the spacious garden with views of the river from the lounge chairs, fire pit and grill. Our 3,400 square foot guest house features five queen-sized bedrooms, a sixth with two bunk beds and three bathrooms. Enjoy games the spacious playroom. The perfect get-away!

Our guest house features four queen-sized bedrooms and a fifth with two bunk beds and three bathrooms.
